Water loss remains one of the major challenges in drinking water distribution systems due to its impact on operational efficiency and service quality. Infrastructure Leakage Index (ILI) is one of the performance indicators developed by the International Water Association (IWA) to evaluate the level of physical water losses in a distribution network. This study aims to analyze the Infrastructure Leakage Index (ILI) in the Booster Jatayu service area of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach using operational and technical data obtained from PDAM Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi. The analyzed parameters included water distribution volume, billed consumption volume, number of service connections, length of transmission and service pipes, and average network pressure. The analysis was conducted through the calculation of Current Annual Real Losses (CARL), Unavoidable Annual Real Losses (UARL), and Infrastructure Leakage Index (ILI). The results provide an overview of the physical leakage conditions and infrastructure performance in the Booster Jatayu distribution system. The findings are expected to support decision-making processes related to leakage reduction programs and distribution network management improvements. Furthermore, the study contributes to enhancing water distribution efficiency and improving drinking water services in Jambi City
